The Brief

Liberty Seguros are a key sponsorship partner of the Volta a Portugal. To activate this sponsorship, they briefed us on following all 11 stages of the race throughout the stunning Portuguese countryside to produce daily race stage summary videos to be pushed out daily.

 
 

The Response

To undertake the mammoth task of following the 1,531km race from Viseu to Porto in only 12 days, we generated a bespoke animation template for each stage video that could be updated daily with new footage and race stage results. This ensured a smooth turn around to meet social media posting deadlines each day, while also resulting in a high quality and consistent output.

The Outputs

All video outputs were in three aspect ratios - 1:1, 9:16 and 16:9. This ensured that the videos were suitable for all social platforms, for both organic and paid social posting. Including a Pre-race and Post-race videos, there were 42 video outputs required for this project in total.
