The Brief

As part of a new graduate recruitment campaign, Lidl wanted to showcase how rewarding and challenging the Lidl Graduate Program is, to attract the very best graduates. We were tasked by Lidl’s agency Core to produce a video that focused on bringing the real graduates front and centre to share their experiences, in an authentic and accessible way.

 
 

The Response

Instead of just having the graduates tell us about what it is like to work at Lidl, we felt it was essential to show the graduates working in the wide variety of roles across the Lidl business in Ireland. From Warehouse to Office to Store, this would ensure that we capture and showcase what it is to be a Lidl Graduate and the various career opportunities the Graduate Program would give future applicants.

The Outputs

We produced one main video that captured the excitement and pace of the Lidl Graduate Program, which was was used on online platforms as a recruitment tool. We when amended this to include individual graduates summaries at the to be shown at recruitment events.
