Celebrating Women in the Civil Service - Past, Present and Future

The Brief

To mark International Womens Day, Publicjobs.ie wanted to celebrate women working in the Civil Service. Their agency Core briefed us to produce a video that would capture the impact that woman have on the Civil Service Ireland and that could be public facing.

The Response

We wanted to visually capture the wide range of areas that women work in across the Civil Service and push back against gender stereotypes in certain roles. This was achieved by recording many women in the Civil Service in their working environment, combined with text on screen and a powerful Voice Over and bespoke script.

The Outputs

We produced a hero video which was 1 minute 30 seconds, that could be shared across Publicjobs.ie social channels on international Womens Day.
